Paul is an excellent instructor, I managed to stand up and ride my first waves within first lessons and felt progressing constantly thanks to his guidance. The lessons were 2,5h long, it was a great pleasure as Paul kept the lessons fun and challenging at the same time, making sure I also took time to rest when needed.
Group lessons are in groups of 5 people max, and Paul made sure to dedicate time to everyone and give thing to work on.
Surfing on Famara beach with Paul was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend Lava Flow!

Paul took us around the Islota de Fermina and the harbour and into the Charco de San Gines and back again. He gave us loads of tips about the wind, waves, current and tides. He stuck to an easy pace all the way and pointed out some of the features of Arrecife. He put us at ease and it was a very relaxed experience, despite us falling in a couple of times. Well organised and very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this activity.
